I was given this product as part of a product review. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company.
Living with fibromyalgia is hard, but it’s no secret (I moan so much about this on social media) that my worse symptom is chronic fatigue.
Not to say everything else isn’t bad. The pain is bad, so are the insomnia, IBS and so on, but if I could wish one symptom away, it would be the fatigue. My fatigue levels are highest in the mornings, not helped by insomnia (and I can go for weeks, I’ve discovered with minimal sleep – think cat naps). When my fatigue is most debilitating I sink very quickly into very brief deep sleep, and often sleep through my five work alarms (get to work late), friends banging on my door etc. The roll on effects are increased cognitive impairments, brain fog, I get more intense migraines, confusion and walking even a few steps can knock the wind out of me.
So when I was given the opportunity to try Fatigue No More, (Energy Elevation) I jumped at it.

What are the claims?
I am always very interested when another patient or someone living with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue/pain shares what’s worked for them. This is the main reason I was keen to try this dietary supplement.
Fatigue No More is created by the company 8Bioenergy, whose founder lives with CFS/ME and fibromyalgia, and worked with neuroscientists to create a product with 17 key, natural ingredients described as “multi systems and organs support for people with chronic fatigue”. It is formulated “specifically to help users overcome their chronic fatigue symptoms, by strengthening their natural immunity which in turn helps with better sleep quality & increased energy level.”
What’s in it?
I noticed some familiar names here, among the supplements I take or have taken in past. Among other things, the capsules include Vitamin C, Glucosamine, Reishi, MSM, TMG, Resveratrol, Grape Seed, Milk thistle, D-ribose and more.
According to the company, among other things Fatigue No More:
- Supports neuroprotection – promote a deeper and more restful sleep and a balanced mood
- Delivers sustained energy at the cellular level to keep your body to function optimally
- Supports digestive health so you can heal from leaky gut
- Boosts glutathione levels naturally to supercharge your immune system against oxidative stress and free radical attacks
Trying out the product
My insomnia had been very severe over two months. And I’d gone four weeks without any proper sleep (more in another post).
The first night I took four capsules (the maximum dose) and found that I couldn’t keep my eyes open. This is good considering the trouble I have falling asleep. I can’t recall waking in the night and I believe I slept through until my alarms went off. It definitely helps with a deeper sleep. I was still feeling tired when I woke (though not more than usual) but I went to bed rather late (due to commitments) and felt like if I didn’t have work I could have easily slept some more.
The morning after my fifth night, I woke on time, actually feeling good. This has been a positive change
Barriers to going to bed on time posed a bit of a challenge during my first week trialing the supplements. The second night I took three capsules (I did it a bit back to front- don’t ask why) and found the same. I fell asleep easily and woke a few times in the night to use the loo but didn’t stay awake at all when I returned to bed. I woke in the morning when my alarms went off, and I was tired, but again felt like I needed to sleep more (another night I had gone to bed late). I suppose I have had years of bad sleep, so there’s a lot of catching up to do!
With the exception of one night where my anxiety was severe, I have so far slept better every night I’ve taken the capsules. The morning after my fifth night, I woke on time, actually feeling good. This has been a positive change. I had gone to bed a little earlier (as recommended by the supplement’s instructions) and wasn’t feeling dozy or as fatigued as I’d usually be. I was actually able to make a stop to the supermarket for my team on the way to work and I wasn’t out of breath.
Now, if you follow me on social media, you’ll know that I’m a sceptic, but I am really excited to keep on trying Fatigue No More and actually get to bed at a decent hour to see what happens next. I’ve definitely seen positive progress with my health within a very short space of time, which is great!
It’s definitely worth giving Fatigue No More a try if you’ve been struggling to get a good night’s sleep Click To TweetVerdict
I’ve so far tried Fatigue No More for two weeks and I’m feeling very positive about it.
It is priced at £45 / USD$59 for a bottle of 120 capsules (which can last you anywhere between 30 to 60 days depending on how many capsules you take). While this may seem steep at first glance, in the past I’d bought some of the ingredients separately which is far more expensive and cumbersome to take individually. I’ve had a pleasant experience liaising with the supplier who ships worldwide (for a shipping fee £6.13 / USD$6.95) and offers a 60 day money back guarantee if you’re not satisfied. At the moment, every order comes with free copies of Diet and Lifestyle Tips to Fight Chronic Fatigue, and 3 Days Detox.

I always say, within reason I will try most things, medicines, supplements etcetera for the chance to have a better quality of life, and this is no different. Shellfish is the only common allergen that the product contains.
Overall I would say it’s definitely worth giving Fatigue No More a try if you’ve been struggling to get a good night’s sleep and experiencing low energy levels.
I’m excited to see how the rest of the time on the product goes.
